Kiowa Library

Each of our four libraries in Elbert County has a Friends organization that is a part of the Pines & Plains Library Foundation. The Friends groups were formed for charitable, fundraising, and educational purposes. The mission of the Friends is to support and enhance the role of the library in the communities of Elbert County. The Friends promote the library in the community, sponsor community events and activities, provide special items, and solicit funds for the library.
